Arthur Saint-Père has a long and varied work experience. Arthur began their professional career in 2004 as a Junior Consultant for HEC Junior Conseil, where they were part of the Start-Up Team and helped entrepreneurs to raise their own businesses. In 2005, they took on a Junior Analyst role at Capital One in the Partnerships department. Arthur also founded and became Chief Expedition Officer of Expedition Nalivkin, an exploration expedition into one of the greatest and remote mountains in Central Asia. In 2007, they became Founder & CEO of Dolead, a company that helps businesses accelerate scalable and sustainable growth. In 2008, they became an Affiliate Professor at HEC Paris and in 2013, they became a Visiting Professor at Ecole Polytechnique. Most recently, in 2021, they became President of French Tech Boston.

Arthur Saint-Père attended Lycée Sainte-Geneviève from 2001 to 2003. Arthur then obtained a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from HEC Paris between 2003 and 2007. In 2021, they began an Accelerated Executive MBA program at Harvard Business School, which they are expected to complete in 2022. Additionally, in February 2021, they obtained a Mergers & Acquisitions certification from Harvard Business School Executive Education.
