Loik Gérard has worked in various roles since 2016. Starting in 2021, they are an HR Operations Specialist and Happiness & Office Manager for Dolead. From 2018 to 2021, they were a Technical Administrative Assistant for CERBA. From 2016 to 2018, they were an Assistant Direction in Alternance for ACMS - Service de santé au travail.

Loik Gérard has a diverse educational background. From 2016-2018, they completed a BTS Assistanat de Direction at GESCIA in the field of Assistant(e) de Direction / Secrétaire de Direction.
