Vlad Z.

Vlad Z. has an extensive work experience beginning in 2007. Vlad's first job was as a Software Engineer at Hostway Romania, where they worked on the design and implementation of a complex back-end service handling shopping and ordering of products across a multi-national web-hosting franchise (Ruby on Rails). Vlad then moved on to Bestsoft Consulting Ltd. in 2008, where they worked on the design and implementation of a "social networks" web application written in Ruby on Rails. Vlad also led the team of developers in task allocation and customer communication. In 2009, they were a Ruby on Rails Developer at Stefanini (Former TechTeam) and a Stagiaire, Diploma Project, ERASMUS Scholarship at Polytech'Montpellier, France. Vlad was then a Fullstack Engineer (Ruby on Rails) at both Greengo and Addictrip / Cassette Voyage in 2010. Finally, from 2013-present, they have held the roles of Chief Technology Officer, Director Of Engineering, and Lead Software Engineer at Dolead, where they are leading an agile dev team of 4 engineers and 1 intern.

Vlad Z. began their educational journey in 2000 when they attended Colegiul National Sfantul Sava until 2004. Vlad then moved on to University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from 2004 to 2009. During this time, they also received an ERASMUS Scholarship, Diploma Project from University of Montpellier in Informatique et Gestion.
