Scott Mannes is the founder of Dolfin, a startup fintech company that finances tenant improvements for mission-critical assets via fully amortizing leases and aims to automate TI lending and underwriting. They bring a long track record in specialty finance and commercial real estate, including principal/advisory roles at CERAON Capital Group and Affiliates (2008–2020), StoneCap Equities (2013–2020), Southeast Multi-Family Partners (2013–2018), Norseman Group (2003–2008), ContiFinancial Corporation (1990–2000), and TI Solutions LLC (2020–2022). In prior positions, they originated and placed $300 million of credit tenant loans on single-tenant properties and developed residential projects such as 49 townhomes in Johns Creek, GA and 45 single-family homes in Roswell, GA; they also formed a fund to acquire approximately 1,500 class B multifamily units. They earned a Master of Public Administration in Public Finance from the University at Albany, SUNY (1982–1984) and studied Political Science and Government there (1977–1981).
