Brian Gosey

Brian Gosey is an accomplished professional in the field of real estate and project management. With extensive experience spanning over two decades, Brian currently serves as Vice President of Commercial Real Estate at Dollar Bank, FSB, overseeing real estate and construction development loans in Western Pennsylvania and Ohio since June 2013. Previous roles include Project Manager for Crescent Resources, where management of the Lake Keowee market was a key focus, and Vice President - Planner at G3 Design and Construction, where foundational skills in project management were developed. Brian's early career also includes positions as a Planning Assistant at MCA Architecture and a GIS Technician for the Anderson County Planning Department. Academically, Brian holds an MBA in Project Management from the University of Pittsburgh, a Master’s in City & Regional Planning from Clemson University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design from Winthrop University.
