David Proctor

David Proctor has held various finance and accounting roles throughout their career. David started as Vice President / Accounting at Dollar Bank in 2006, after serving as Fiscal Director at Community Alternatives, Inc. from 1999 to 2006. Prior to that, they were Vice President/Finance at First Commonwealth Bank from 1993 to 1999.

David Proctor graduated from Neshannock High School in 1986 with a Diploma. David then attended Alliance University from 1986 to 1987, focusing on History. In 1988, they studied History at Penn State University. From 1989 to 1991, David pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accounting at Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania.
