Vera Roads is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product ownership, customer experience management, and project management, currently serving as a Senior Product Owner at Dollar General since June 2021. With a strong background in enhancing Store Inventory Management Systems and improving efficiency across business operations, Vera has previously held several leadership roles at The Aaron's Company, Inc., including Senior Manager of Customer Experience, where Vera led a team to significantly increase claims approval rates.
