Tina Wallman

Tina Wallman has extensive experience in various roles within the healthcare industry. Tina is currently serving as the CTO Product Owner and Chief of Staff at UnitedHealthcare Global, where they set up the CTO community, governance, and product backlog. Previously, Tina worked at Optum as a Senior Director and was responsible for developing the ATC Business Alignment strategy and creating a pipeline of projects and proof of concepts. Tina also held the role of Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives, focusing on solving business problems and identifying new products utilizing advanced technologies. Prior to that, Tina was the Director of Strategic Initiatives, where they built and managed a team focused on R&D capabilities. Before joining Optum, Tina served as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Pursue.io and UnitedHealth Group, where they developed dynamic business models using data-driven decision processes. Tina also gained experience as a Program Manager at UnitedHealth Group and Allianz, as well as a Senior Consultant at marchFIRST.

Tina Wallman has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer and Information Sciences from the University of Tampa. In 2017, they completed the UnitedHealth Group, Executive Development Program at Stanford Graduate School of Business Executive Education. In 2020, they participated in the Optum AI for Executives Education Program at Carnegie Mellon University - Tepper School of Business. Tina also completed a Certificate Program in Executive Women in Leadership at Cornell University in 2022. Additionally, they hold certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) from Scrum Alliance, obtained in March 2022, and LeSS Basics from LeSS.works.
