Craig Bowman

Craig Bowman is an accomplished learning and development professional with extensive experience in shaping training strategies for large organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Learning Design and Development at Dollar Tree Stores, Craig is responsible for developing a comprehensive learning strategy for over 200,000 employees across 16,000+ retail locations. Previously, as Vice President at Scooter's Coffee, Craig implemented a learning strategy that achieved a significant increase in sales for new stores. With a history of leadership roles in organizations such as Wireless Advocates, T-Mobile, and PSESD, Craig has consistently driven business results and employee performance improvements. Craig holds a Master of Arts in Education and a Bachelor of Arts from Bethany University, along with an Associate of Arts from Sacramento City College.
