Jaime Flores

Jaime Flores has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources and HR Business Partner at Dollar Tree Stores since February 2016, where strategic HR leadership is provided to Supply Chain executive leaders. Prior roles include HR Director at Bealls, overseeing HR strategy for distribution centers and IT with a workforce of 1,200, and Senior Regional HR Manager at Avery Dennison, managing HR strategy across multiple locations in Central America and the Caribbean. Additional experience includes positions as Human Resources Director at Partex Apparel International, HR Manager at Hanesbrands Inc., and HR Generalist at SABMiller. Jaime began a career in HR management at SIGMA Q, where corporate HR initiatives were executed. Educational qualifications include an MBA and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida.
