Megan M. Adkins

Megan M. Adkins is an experienced professional with a strong background in risk management and workers' compensation. Currently serving as both Director of Workers' Compensation and Director of Risk Management at Dollar Tree Stores since November 2018, Megan has previously held multiple roles, including Workers Compensation Manager. Prior experience includes positions in Human Resources at Marathon Petroleum Corporation from June 2014 to August 2018 and a supervisory role at Specialty Risk Services from June 2005 to June 2014. Earlier in their career, Megan worked as a Senior Claims Adjuster at HM Shared Services and in Human Resources at Sprenger Health Care System. Megan holds a degree from Kent State University.
