Russ Hire has over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, serving as the Senior Real Estate Manager at Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. since November 2004, where responsibilities include site selection, lease negotiation, and presenting comprehensive deal proposals to executive leadership. Prior experience includes roles at NAI Harding Dahm, focusing on commercial real estate sales and leasing, and at Equity Investment Group, Inc., overseeing leasing efforts for retail shopping centers nationwide. Earlier in the career, Russ was the Director of Franchise Sales and Leasing at Humphries Developments of Northern Indiana, managing franchisee support and real estate negotiations for Subway. An alumnus of Ball State University, Russ earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication.
