Ryan Easterday

Ryan Easterday is an accomplished training and development professional with extensive experience in overseeing talent training initiatives. Currently serving as the Director of Field Training at Dollar Tree Stores since 2013, Ryan manages the design and delivery of company-wide training programs while maintaining vendor relationships and evaluating training impact on organizational effectiveness. Prior roles at Dollar Tree include Manager of Field Training and Regional Training Manager, where Ryan led teams in delivering training across a significant portion of the company's assets and managed training for over 200 locations. Previously, Ryan was an Instructional Design Leader at Bob Evans, developing training materials for various divisions, and held multiple leadership roles at Flextronics, culminating as Global Business Development Training Manager. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Organizational Psychology and Development from American InterContinental University and has further education from The Ohio State University.
