Stephanie Stahl

Stephanie Stahl is the current director at Dollar Tree. Stephanie has also previously worked at Carters Inc., Pulse, Re:Dish Co., Dollar Tree Stores, Ace of Air, Founders Table Restaurant Group, Studio Pegasus, LLC, and Knoll. Stephanie has been with Dollar Tree since June 2021 and in their role as director, they oversee the company's marketing strategy and budget. Prior to their current role, Stephanie served as the CEO and co-founder of Ace of Air from September 2017 to June 2021. During their time at Ace of Air, Stephanie was responsible for leading the company's branding and marketing efforts. Prior to Ace of Air, Stephanie worked as a board director at Knoll from August 2013 to July 2021 where they chaired the nominating & governance committee. Stephanie also has experience working in global marketing and strategy from their time as EVP at Coach from October 2012 to March 2015. Stephanie is an experienced entrepreneur and brand advisor with a proven track record in growing companies.

Stephanie Stahl received their Masters in Business from Harvard Business School and their BS in Quantitative Economics from Stanford University.
