Tania Phillips is an accomplished retail executive with extensive experience in operations management within the Dollar Tree and Family Dollar organizations. Currently serving as Zone Vice President of Dollar Tree Operations since October 2022, Tania oversees 1,400 store locations across five regions and 13 states, focusing on sales, customer service, and overall brand standards. Tania previously held multiple leadership roles at Family Dollar, including Zone Sales Director, Regional Director, and Director of Operations, where responsibilities ranged from financial planning to regional oversight for over 1,600 locations. Tania's early career included positions from Lead Cashier to Training Store Manager at Family Dollar Stores. Tania is also a graduate of McKinsey Academy’s Black Leadership Academy and holds a certificate in Business Administration and Management from William & Mary.
