Nichole Smith

Nichole Smith is an accomplished professional in merchandise planning with extensive experience across various companies. Currently serving as Vice President of Merchandise Planning at Dolls Kill since September 2021, Nichole has held multiple leadership roles, including Senior Director and Director of Merchandise Planning. Prior to Dolls Kill, Nichole worked at Madison Reed from February 2017 to September 2021, progressing from Senior Inventory Planning Manager to Inventory Planning Manager. Nichole's prior experience includes positions at bebe stores as Merchandise Planning Manager and Senior Merchandise Planner, as well as roles at Target as Senior Merchandise Planning Business Analyst and Merchandise Planning Business Analyst. Early career experiences include a Public Relations Internship at Eastwei MSL, a Summer Fellow position at New Sector Alliance, and a Jeff Metcalf Summer Fellowship at Project HEALTH. Nichole holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies and East Asian Languages & Civilizations from the University of Chicago, obtained between 2007 and 2011.
