Jackie Major

Jackie Major is a seasoned leader with 20 years of experience in planning and inventory management, currently serving as the VP and Head of Merchandise Planning, Inventory Management, and Value Chain Services at REI. Previously, Jackie held various roles at Gap Inc. and served as SVP of Merchandise Planning & Inventory Management at Levi Strauss & Co., where they led global demand planning and embraced AI/ML prediction capabilities to enhance business strategy. Jackie earned a B.A. in Business Administration-Management from California State University-Fresno and is passionate about talent development and cross-functional collaboration. Outside of work, Jackie enjoys spending time with family at the soccer field, mountains, or lake.
