Razi Haider

Razi Haider has extensive work experience in finance and management roles. Razi currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary at Arif Habib Dolmen REIT Management Limited, where they lead the finance function and oversees the corporate, financial, and operational strategy of the company and its funds. Razi has achieved several milestones during their tenure, including launching multiple developmental REIT projects, successfully listing the first developmental REIT in Pakistan, and obtaining tax exemptions for multiple REIT funds. Razi also manages banking relations and treasury operations worth PKR 6+ billion and has developed the IT function of the company. Additionally, Razi has experience in the insurance industry, having worked as the Chief Financial Officer at Askari General Insurance Company Limited. Prior to that, they held the position of Assistant Vice President Finance at the same company. Razi'sresponsibilities included preparing financial statements, analyzing performance, and devising strategies for improvement. Razi began their career at A. F. Ferguson & Co., where they worked as an Audit Associate and later as a Supervising Senior. Razi was responsible for managing audit assignments, developing audit strategies, and building professional relationships with clients. Razi Haider began their education in 2006 at Beaconhouse School System, where they pursued their A levels in Accounting, Business, and Mathematics. Razi completed this program in 2007. Following that, from 2008 to 2014, Razi enrolled at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan. During their time there, they focused on Accounting, Finance, and Audit, ultimately obtaining a Chartered Accountant degree.
