Matthew Wakeman is an accomplished professional in the construction and engineering sectors, currently serving as the Assistant Quarry Manager and Plant Engineer at The Dolomite Group since May 2018. In this role, Matthew has led numerous major CAPEX projects, managed a construction crew, and ensured operational efficiency through detailed financial reporting and client interactions. With extensive knowledge of Dolomite's various quarries and plant operations, Matthew emphasizes safety and quality in daily activities. Previously, as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at The Dolomite Group, Matthew contributed to significant projects involving asphalt inventory measurement and safety assessments, culminating in comprehensive reports that provided strategic recommendations. Matthew holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University.
