Eric Jacobsen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in investment and leadership across multiple sectors. As the Conductor of Purpose at Gratitude Railroad since 2013, Eric focuses on aligning capital with social and environmental solutions. As a co-founder of Dolphin Capital Group LLC, Eric drives growth equity investments in lower middle market companies. Eric also serves as Chairman of the Board for both Winder Farms, which promotes healthy community food initiatives, and the Ragnar Relay Series, known for its unique long-distance running events. Additionally, Eric is part of the Investment Committee at The Builders Fund, which invests in purpose-driven companies. Previous experience includes co-founding Home Financial Network, which was acquired by SAP, and holding a VP role in sales and marketing at MECA Software. Eric holds a BA in Economics and Political Science from Stanford University and completed the Advanced Leadership Initiative at Harvard University.
