Ludovic Brassé, PhD has over 25 years of experience in technical sales and management roles. Ludovic began their career as an R&D Engineer at Délégation générale pour l'armement in 1996 before moving on to research and development roles at Leti and Teem Photonics. Ludovic transitioned to sales and marketing management at Nexter, then joined ULIS Groupe SOFRADIR as an Area Sales Manager and Key Account Manager. Eventually, they became an International Key Account Manager and Country Manager at LYNRED, managing a team and achieving significant revenue growth. Currently, Ludovic serves as the Vice President of Sales at Dolphin Design, where they lead a sales team, manages KPIs, negotiates with key accounts, and participates in corporate strategy. Their unique background combines technical expertise with strong business acumen to support customers at various levels.
Ludovic Brassé earned a degree in Engineering from Centrale Méditerranée in Physics and Optics in 1996. Ludovic went on to complete their PhD in Lasers, Photonics, and Microtechnology at Université Grenoble Alpes from 1997 to 2000.
