Sarah Nickless is a Support Specialist at Dolphin Dynamics since March 2015. Prior to this role, Sarah worked as a Client Support RVNG Manager at Pegasus Solutions from May 2007 to February 2015. In their current role, Sarah serves as the main point of contact for high profile customers, providing support through both written and verbal communication. As a Data Services Manager, Sarah was responsible for maintaining relationships with internal colleagues and external customers, ensuring that data services were handled accurately and in a timely manner.
