Diniz Goncalves, PSP, PMP, has extensive experience in maintenance management within the energy sector, currently serving as Maintenance Manager at Dolphin Energy since July 2010, overseeing a team of over 400 employees in both onshore and offshore facilities. Prior roles included Head of Planning Utilities/Offsite and Senior Planning Engineer at Dolphin Energy, along with key positions at PDVSA PETROPIAR, Petrolera Ameriven, and PDVSA Petroleos de Venezuela, where responsibilities spanned from coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities to managing planning and scheduling operations. Diniz holds a Master Degree in Maintenance Management and multiple professional certifications, including Planning & Scheduling Professional and Project Management Professional.
