Zulfikar Tsp

Zulfikar TSP is a highly experienced Safety Specialist currently working at Borouge since November 2023 and serving as Project HSE Manager at Enerflex Ltd. since June 2022. Zulfikar has held significant roles in several prominent companies including Dolphin Energy as a Senior HSEF Inspector, Atkins Sharjah as HSE Manager and PMC HSE Manager, and has also worked with Abu Dhabi Ports, ENOC, Qatar Petroleum, and Saudi Aramco Contractor Mastoura. Zulfikar has extensive expertise in developing and implementing EHS management plans, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations, alongside a strong educational background that includes a Bachelor’s degree in Health and Safety Engineering, various certifications in fire protection, occupational health, and safety leadership. Major projects under Zulfikar's oversight include the Fujairah Gas Supply to F3 and the Oil Storage Terminal & Jetty for ADNOC.
