Eric Schroeder

Eric Schroeder has extensive experience in engineering and operations within the aerospace and energy sectors. Since May 2021, Eric has served as Chief Operating Officer at Dolphin Hat Games. Prior to this, Eric held various engineering roles at GE Aviation from October 2013 to June 2022, including Staff Engineer, Advanced Lead Engineer, and Lead Engineer for Turbine Aerodynamics. Earlier in Eric's career, experience as Engineering Program Lead at QuEST involved leading CFD and Heat Transfer projects with Siemens Energy. Eric also worked as Lead CFD Engineer at Belcan Engineering, focusing on CFD analysis for gas turbine engines. Academically, Eric holds a Master's of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor's of Science in Applied Math from Bowling Green State University.
