Dolphin Integration
Gaspard Tricaud is an experienced standard cell designer at Dolphin Integration since January 2018, specializing in schematic and physical design at the transistor level, electrical validation, parasitic extraction, and final file generation. Prior to this role, Gaspard completed a project at Leti focused on innovative design technology for 3D-monolithic standard cells and SRAM, contributing to an accepted article for IEDM 2017. Earlier research experience includes studying piezoelectrets at TIMA Laboratory and working on copper wafer polishing and inspection at STMicroelectronics. Gaspard holds multiple advanced degrees in micro and nanotechnologies from EPFL, Grenoble INP - Phelma, and Politecnico di Torino, along with an engineering bachelor's degree from Grenoble INP - Phelma.
