Nadia Dekiouk

Nadia Dekiouk is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project and program management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of the Program Management Office and Head of the Project Management Office for the Speed Audio & Processing Organization at Dolphin Design since October 2019, Nadia has a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and driving organizational improvements. Previous roles include Project Manager at Altran, where an organizational audit of Fundación Aljaraque was conducted, along with managing EU-funded projects and training workshops. Additional experience includes implementing global domain name strategies at Hewlett-Packard and leading projects focused on compliance with EU regulations across EMEA. Nadia holds a Master's degree in Business Management from Grenoble Ecole de Management and has completed intensive English classes at Kaplan College in San Diego.
