Karthick Pandian Karuppiah

Karthick Pandian Karuppiah has worked in the technology industry since 2011. Karthick began their career at Geeklab as a Test Development Engineering consultant for IIoT. In 2013, they moved to Kårstø Gas Processing Plant as a Technical Project consultant for IIoT automation. From 2015 to 2016, they were a Senior Project Engineer for IIoT automation at Impec AS, where they were responsible for designing and testing a 2D & 3D Industrial Machine Vision System. Karthick then moved to Valeo Siemens eAutomotive as a R&D Hardware Test Engineer consultant, where they were responsible for thermal testing, verification & validation, power measurements and fault analysis, and engineering validation tests. In 2017, they joined Nornir as a Senior Product Manager & Hardware Test Engineering, where they were responsible for developing prototypes, demos & tests, and identifying and delivering client needs into documented product and business requirements. Finally, they are currently working at Dolphin Interconnect Solutions as the Head of Product Test Engineering, where they are responsible for leading a team of board and system engineers, providing guidance and leadership on product test, validation, and compliance-related matters, and owning and driving the definition of product validation and compliance for new and existing products.

Karthick Pandian Karuppiah holds a Master of Science (M.S) in Embedded Systems from Jönköping University, which they obtained between 2009 and 2011. Karthick also holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Engg.,) in Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering (E&I) from Anna University, which they obtained between 2004 and 2008. In addition, Karthick has obtained several certifications, including Microsoft Power BI from Udemy in 2019, Soldering "MIX - Theory & Practical" from Krepro in 2017, Hardware Designer from Valeo in 2016, Compliance and Leadership from Mintra Trainingportal AS in 2016, Autodesk Revit MEP - MagiCAD Electrical & Installation from NTI CADcenter AS in 2016, AutoCAD Electrical from NTI CADcenter AS in 2016, ControlLogix Programming & Service from Rockwell Automation in 2015, Motoman Robot Programming from ABB in 2015, Industrial Automation from Prolific Systems & Technologies Pvt.
