Max Simkoff

Max Simkoff is the Founder and CEO of Doma Technology LLC, leading the development of AI-driven technology and closing services for major players in the mortgage industry since October 2024. With a significant background in technology and advisory roles, Max has served as a Board Member at Keystone AI since June 2016, where the firm addresses complex challenges for organizations globally, and at JVS - San Francisco since January 2012, focusing on employment pathways in the Bay Area. Additionally, as an Angel Investor and Advisor since January 2011, Max provides guidance to various startups, including RexEngine and Philz Coffee. Previously, Max was also the Founder and CEO of Doma from October 2016 to October 2024, pioneering machine intelligence in digital mortgage closings. Max holds a B.A. in History from Northwestern University, obtained in January 2003.
