Xi Cheng

Xi Cheng is an experienced professional in the field of sales enablement and educational design, currently serving as the Director of Sales Enablement Experience at Doma since September 2021. Previously, Xi held the position of Global Head of Learning Design in Business Education at Facebook, where significant achievements included scaling learning solutions for over one million monthly active users and developing a comprehensive learning strategy. Prior to that role, Xi built the Engineering Training team at Juniper Networks, establishing a successful training framework and curriculum tailored to engineering professionals. Xi began the career at Synaptics Incorporated as an Instructional Design Lead, focusing on high-quality training materials and innovative training strategies. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Educational/Instructional Technology from San Diego State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Chinese Literature and Linguistics from Zhejiang University.
