Mike Leardo

Mike Leardo is an accomplished Information Technology Manager at Domain Capital Group, LLC, overseeing the IT department since September 2011 and providing support for cloud-based systems and VOIP phone setups. As an Independent Business Owner at Custom CTO Consulting since January 2020, Mike has also worked at Honeywell Aerospace in various engineering roles since July 2015, progressing from Application Engineer II to System Engineer III. As the Owner and Founder of BMW Software Solutions, Mike developed a client base and created innovative solutions to enhance the in-car experience. Previous experiences include a product design internship at Clare Controls and managerial roles at Pine Haven MHP and Happy Haven MHP, coupled with early work as a dock hand at Cannons Marina. Mike holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Miami, earned between 2010 and 2015.
