Steve Browne

Steve Browne is an experienced forestry professional currently serving as Vice President - Regional Forester for both Domain Capital Group, LLC and Domain Timber Advisors, LLC since June 2017. With a career spanning several key positions, Steve previously worked at Timbervest as a Regional Forester, where responsibilities included the acquisition and management of timberland properties in the Southeastern United States. Prior roles included Land Manager at Copper Station Properties, where Steve facilitated timberland sales from Virginia to Texas, and Team Leader at International Paper, managing 150,000 acres of land with a substantial annual budget for reforestation and maintenance. Steve’s early career involved serving as District Manager at Union Camp Corporation, overseeing wood procurement and forest management across a twelve-county area in South Carolina and Georgia. Educationally, Steve holds a BS in Forest Management from North Carolina State University and attended Western Carolina University after graduating from Eastern Randolph High School.
