James de Los Santos

James De Los Santos currently serves as the Talent Acquisition Sourcing & Market Insights Lead at Domain Group, an Australian property marketplace, since March 2022. In this role, responsibilities include overseeing the recruitment process for various business units, including Finance, Corporate, and Legal, while also supporting Technology and Marketing recruitment. Prior experience includes positions at Pyramid Consulting, foodpanda, Iopa Solutions, Morgan Stanley, Novartis, Willis Towers Watson, and J.P. Morgan, encompassing roles in talent acquisition and recruitment across diverse industries. James holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Ateneo School of Law, currently in progress, and previously earned a Bachelor of Arts majoring in English from the University of the Cordilleras.
