Patricia Pritchard

Patricia Pritchard is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in People & Performance management. Currently serving as the Senior People & Performance Partner and Head of PX at Domain since May 2022, Patricia's previous roles include Head of People & Culture and HR Manager at The MYSALE Group from April 2019 to May 2022, as well as HR Consultant at Col Crawford Pty Ltd from April 2017 to May 2019. Prior experience also includes positions at Aon Risk Solutions, where Patricia held various roles including Human Resources Consultant and Talent Acquisition Business Partner, contributing to Aon's mission to empower economic and human possibility. Patricia began a career in recruitment as a Recruitment Consultant at HAMILTON ISLAND ENTERPRISES LIMITED and Macquarie Group. Education was completed at the International College of Management Sydney (ICMS).
