Vincenzo Alaia is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in leading teams and developing innovative solutions. Currently serving as a Software Engineering Team Lead at Domain since November 2018, Vincenzo manages the Profiles & Onboarding team while also supporting the MarTech team in marketing solutions. Previous roles include Developer Ambassador at Algorand Foundation, where Vincenzo focused on educating tech communities about blockchain technology, and Full-Stack Developer Programmer (Team Lead) at Bang Australia, where responsibilities included building and debugging web applications. Additional experience includes positions at Milk Digital, Smack Bang Designs, Italian National Research Council (CNR), and Progetto Aroma, all contributing to a rich skill set in full-stack development. Vincenzo holds a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna and has benefited from international academic exposure through an Erasmus program at Boğaziçi University.
