Gina R. is a licensed real estate agent at Domain Realty since December 2023 and the owner of Select Property Holdings, LLC since May 2023. Previously, Gina served as the Director of Operations for Gaggle from March 2021 to August 2023, leading a team of over 200 members focused on student safety and operational efficiencies. For 17 years, Gina was the Director of Nacel International School System, where the role included collaboration with partner schools globally and managing compliance for international students. Additionally, Gina has experience as the Head of School at St. Paul Preparatory School, focusing on creating an inclusive learning environment for international students, and served as a science teacher at Waconia Public Schools. Gina holds an MA in Educational Leadership from Capella University and a BS in Earth Science Education from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
