Kelsie Earnest

Kelsie Earnest is an experienced hospitality manager currently serving as the Visitor Center Hospitality Manager at Domaine Carneros Winery since July 2023. Previously, Kelsie worked at Terlato Wine Group for two years, holding the positions of Senior Retail & Hospitality Manager and Hospitality & Events Manager at Chimney Rock Winery. Kelsie's career began at Starbucks, where Kelsie progressed from Barista to Store Manager over several years. Additional experience includes serving as the Assistant Tasting Room Manager at Sunstone Winery and a Tasting Room Associate for Byron Wines at Jackson Family Wines. Kelsie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Brandman University and an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts with a focus on Social & Behavioral Sciences from Allan Hancock College.
