Julian M. Mercado is an experienced professional in the fine wine industry, currently serving as a Fine Wine Associate at UOVO since March 2022. Previously, Julian held the same title at DOMAINE from March 2022 to April 2024 and was the Owner and CoFounder of CorkExclusive and The Spirit Shop from December 2012 to October 2020. Earlier in Julian's career, a role as General Manager was held at Steakhouse 85 from 2008 to 2012, and a Title Examiner position was held at Premier Abstract & Title Agency from 2002 to 2004. Julian's educational background includes studies at Drexel University and Rutgers University.
