Laura Lemel currently serves as a Senior Scientist II at Domainex, focusing on the development of cell-based assays since April 2022. Prior to this role, Laura was a Research Fellow at the University of Nottingham, where research centered on the pharmacology of opioid and dopamine receptors alongside various techniques in Cell Biology and Molecular Biology from February 2020 to March 2022. Experience also includes a Research Fellow position at the Institut de Biologie Structurale, conducting functional studies of GPCR from March to December 2019, and a PhD student role at CEA, specializing in the effects of endocrine disruptors on GPCR and the impact of toxins on chemokine receptors during the period of October 2015 to October 2018. Laura holds a Master in Management and Business Administration from Grenoble IAE, a PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, a Master's degree in Biochemistry and Structural Biology from Université Grenoble Alpes, and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Université de Rennes I.
