Milton Chang

Dr. Chang has 20+ years of experience in R&D management with experience in developing complex electronics and software-centric systems. His prior successful start-up includes TranSwitch Corporation, Shelton, CT, which went public in 1995, Systems on Silicon, Inc. (SOS) located in Princeton, NU, which was acquired by TranSwitch in 2002 and Opulan Technologies which was a Communication IC startup with R&D in Shanghai that merged with Atheros/Qualcomm in 2009. Dr. Chang received his BS in Electrical Engineering from National Cheng-Kong University in Taiwan and his Ph.D. from Michigan State University also in Electrical Engineering.
