Thomas O'Rourke (Tom)

Thomas (Tom) O'Rourke has extensive work experience in operations and safety management. Thomas (Tom) began their career in the HM British Army, serving as a Corporal in various units and participating in conflicts such as Desert Storm and Bosnia. Following their honorable discharge in 2004, they worked in various roles in the oil and gas industry, including as an EHS Advisor/Operations Safety Officer at Newalta from 2006 to 2009. Thomas (Tom) then served as an Operations Supervisor and Operations Resource Officer at Newalta from 2009 to 2013. Thomas (Tom) later worked as a District Manager at BOS Solutions from 2014 to 2016. In 2016, they joined Domcor/ Safety Net Security as a Director of Operations until 2020. During this time, they also held the position of Regional Operations Manager at Domcor Health, Safety & Security. In 2020, they transitioned to the CVI Group of Companies as Vice President of Operations. Currently, they hold the role of Vice President of Operations at Domcor Health, Safety & Security.
