Hailey Russell

Hailey Russell, MBA, currently serves as an Assistant Project Manager and Senior Project Engineer at Dome Construction since May 2021, contributing to collaborative planning, labor projections, budget forecasting, and project scheduling. Russell has completed the AGC Project Engineering Certification Program and holds First Aid and CPR certifications, and actively mentors project engineers within the company. Prior experience includes project management roles at WCI-GC, Inc. and davisREED Construction, where responsibilities encompassed estimating jobs, managing submittals, and enhancing team dynamics.
