Steve Ballardo

Steven Ballardo has over 39 years of experience in the construction industry, currently serving as the Vice President of Field Operations at Dome Construction since August 2003. Prior to this role, Steven held the position of Superintendent at Dome Construction and Lem Construction from August 1991 to July 2003. Steven began the career at Plant Builders in March 1984 as a Carpenter, transitioning to Superintendent roles in subsequent positions.
