Rachel Silgardo has extensive experience in technical and operational roles within the broadcasting industry, currently serving as Senior Manager of Technical Facilities and previously as Senior Operations Manager, Mobile Scheduling Specialist, and Engineer Travel Coordinator at Dome Productions since December 2013. Prior to this, Rachel worked as a Digital Logistics Coordinator for Canada's Olympic Broadcast Media Consortium in 2012. Educationally, Rachel Silgardo holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ryerson University, with a major in Psychology and a minor in Human Resources, earned from 2009 to 2013.
