Ely Castro has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Currently, they serve as the Business Development Director at Mission Belt. In 2014, they joined Dome Technology as the Business Development Director for Latin America, where they played a vital role in developing the Brazilian and Latin American market for bulk storage solutions. At Mundipharma, Ely held the positions of Business Unit Director and National Sales Manager from 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, they worked as the National Sales Manager at Johnson & Johnson for a brief period in 2013. Ely also served as a Senior Brand Manager at JANSSEN – JOHNSON & JOHNSON from 2008 to 2012. Ely pursued their MBA from Brigham Young University, where they graduated in 2008. Additionally, Ely gained valuable experience as a Marketing MBA Intern at Whirlpool in 2007 and as a Co-founder at INCENTIVO from 2005 to 2006. Ely started their career as a Foreign Trade Consultant at CANDEX DO BRASIL in 2003 and later worked as a Senior International Sales Analyst at Whirlpool Corporation from 2004 to 2006. Ely Castro obtained a Master of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Brigham Young University from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, from 1999 to 2004, Ely Castro pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Mackenzie University.
