Victor Ruiz is an experienced professional in the construction and infrastructure sector, currently serving as Director de desarrollo de negocio at Dome Technology since August 2021. Prior positions include Director general at Estructuras DOMO and Gerente General - Chile at Ingeniería y Construcción Domo Chile. Ruiz began their career as Jefe de Obra at Estructuras Domo S.A. and had a brief stint as Jefe de Producción at Sacyr. Educational qualifications include an MBA focused on infrastructure from EOI Business School, a Máster Oficial en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales from Universidad CEU San Pablo, a Máster in Water Management from Universidad de Cádiz, and a degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad de Granada.
