Delia Donovan is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in the non-profit sector, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Domestic Violence NSW since June 2020. In addition to this role, Delia has held multiple positions within Prosper (Project Australia) since January 2016, including Chairperson and Vice Chair. Delia also serves as a Board Member for WESNET Inc. and as an Ambassador for The Dash Charity, demonstrating a strong commitment to supporting disadvantaged children and families. Previous leadership roles include serving as CEO of White Ribbon Australia from March 2015 to October 2019 and as CEO of The Dash Charity from October 2009 to December 2014, where Delia significantly impacted domestic abuse services. We're a not for-profit organisation and the peak body representing specialist domestic and family violence services in NSW. Our history dates back to 1974. Operating from a feminist, social justice perspective we work to improve the spectrum of policy, legislative and program responses to domestic and family violence and to eliminate domestic and family violence through leadership in advocacy, partnerships and the promotion of good practice.
