Prior to this role, Jason was the Plant / Quality Manager at Dimar Manufacturing Corporation from August 2013 to May 2014, where responsibilities included managing production, quality, and safety initiatives while leading continuous improvement projects. Jason also served as the Quality Control Manager at Dimar Manufacturing Corp. from August 2006 to August 2013, focusing on training and developing the Quality Management System to meet ISO9001:2008 standards. Jason holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial Engineering from the University at Buffalo (1998-2002) and a mechanical engineering degree from Hutchinson Central Technical High School (1993-1997).
