Joshua Militello

Joshua Militello currently serves as President of Dometic Mobile Cooling, overseeing the Dometic, Igloo, and Cool Gear brands globally since January 2023. Prior to this role, Militello held the position of Senior Vice President at Igloo Products Corp. from November 2018 to January 2023 and served as VP Dealer Channel at Masco Cabinet Group for nearly a year.
