Kenji Okada

Kenji Okada is a seasoned design professional with significant experience in product design and development, currently serving as the Sr. Director of Softgoods Product Design at Dometic since July 2023. Prior to this role, Kenji held the position of Director of Design for Soft Goods at Vinci Brands and directed design initiatives at Incase, where responsibilities included overseeing multiple design roles. Kenji's earlier experience includes serving as Director of Design at Incipio Group and as an Industrial Designer at Incipio Technologies, where foundational skills in product design were developed. Kenji's career began as a Club Fitting Specialist at Worldwide Golf Enterprises, combined with internships at Carl Muller Design and Incipio Technologies, providing a well-rounded background in design and market research. Kenji earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Design from California State University, Long Beach.
